Interaction Art Incubator Fellowship..
The Analogous Projects Interaction Art Incubator is part art-intensive, part laboratory-fellowship. This intensive two-year program provides fellows with technical-assistance, conceptual-development, fund-development, project-management, inclusion in curated exhibitions and performances, and other forms of ongoing support. Fellows receive a modest stipend at the conclusion of their first year. Applications are accepted on a yearly basis. For more information about this program, please send your letter of inquiry to Marie at Marie@AnalogousProjects.org.2009-2010 Fellow Nick Lesley
Nick Lesley is a video- and sound-artist exploring how the idea of play changes as we get older. Lesley regards spectator sports as improvisational interaction, in light of (for example) Cage's systems for musical improvisation. He is most interested in activities and events that, while they may end, do not provide closure, as they reframe our interactions with the world around us. Recent works focus on subtly unsettling interactive sound- and video-installations intended to intimidate the viewers with their own presence.

2009-2010 Fellow Torino:Margolis
Torino:Margolis is a performance art team that crosses physical and psychological barriers, using invasive electronics and biomedical tools. They explore the idea that the self is transient, elusive, and modular by playing with the notions of control and free will. Their extraction of physiological processes concretizes these concepts and presents them as questions to the viewer -- not to illustrate the mechanism, but to explore the human experience.
